Classes:

Adults: There are currently three evening classes devoted to adult capoeira. A full membership also entitles a student to participate in the three morning CapoFitness classes. Shared with the Boulder Grappling Academy, there are also five open mat sessions where students are free to work on technique at their own pace.

Kids: CapoKids is is for all children under the age of 10. In the kids' program, Leo focuses on basic capoeira and allows children to work together in order to learn the art. Side effects of this style of teaching are that the students gain respect, discipline, confidence in addition to fitness and coordination.

CapoFitness: This class emphasizes the warm-up seen in the adult capoeira classes. Leo will put you through a rigorous workout which will increase your strength and flexibility and will certainly shed those extra pounds.
